Presently, the actress and former cover girl lives in Beverly Hills with her dogs Samantha and Olivia (above she left). The couple was married only eight years, and divorced for a total of 20 years. Ann Turkel is still struggling to come to terms with the death of her former husband, Richard Harris. Turkel was born in an ethnically Jewish family, and was raised by their mother, who lived in Manhattan. By the age of 16, she trained under Sanford Meisner and Philip Burton Both at the Neighborhood Playhouse as well as the American Musical and Dramatic Academy. Ann went on to become one of the sought-after models in the United States, appearing as a cover-model for the top fashion magazines such as Vogue Bazaar or Cosmopolitan. Ann had a great time modeling for beauty companies like Max Factor Revlon, Chanel and Europe in Europe after two years.
