Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy Yessh was born 17 October 1992, in the country of India is a movie actress. Keerthy has mainly appeared in Tamil and Telugu film, as well as several films in Malayalam. The actress was awarded the National Film Award's Best Actress award for portraying Savitri the actress in the Telugu film Mahanati (2018). Her other awards include three SIIMA Awards, a Filmfare Award South as well as three SIIMA Awards. Keerthy Kumar Suresh happens to be the actress Menaka G. Suresh's daughter. Her acting journey began in the mid 2000s. She had her first lead performance in 2013's Malayalam film Geethaanjali. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). In the year 2015, Keerthy accepted her first films outside of Malayalam and was signed to be a part of several Tamil film projects simultaneously. The film she released was her debut, A. L. Vijay's romance comedy Idhu Enna Maayam, in 2015. The film was starring Vikram Prbhu. It was not successful at the box-office. To accommodate larger projects, due to her crazier schedule, she opted out of some films, that she began to work on. It included Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye (a love story) and Deekay's Kavalaivendam. This meant that she worked on two films, Rajini Murugan followed by Remo featuring Sivakarthikeyan. Dhanush also played her role as Thodari in Prabhu Solomon's Thodari. But, the movie has been delayed since 2015, with the possibility of release in September in 2020, under the different title, Janakitho Nunu. Nenu Sailaja was released in 2016 and starred in the role of actor Ram Pothineni. In January of 2017, Keerthy appeared in Bairavaa in a film starring actor Vijay and produced by Bharathan. In addition, she was a Tamil actress in Paambhu Sattai, and she was a Telugu actress in Nenu Local.
